It’s not a coincidence that you have specific fruits and vegetables in your geographic area and in each period of the year.⁣
⁣
Nature 🌿 has the perfect plan for providing appropriate foods for each season in order to offer the proper protection for the different types of temperature in each area. ⁣
⁣
During Summertime, Nature offers us fruits and vegetables rich in water 💧to keep the balance between hot temperatures 🌡 and an adequate hydration, and that protect our skin and eyes from the sun exposure ☀️.⁣
⁣
You wouldn't eat something coming from the opposite emisphere where it's winter! It's like you wear warm clothes in Summer, it sounds strange, doesn't it? It makes you sweat 😓 only by thinking about it.⁣
⁣
That's why it's important to eat according to Nature seasonality and geography. The area you live in provides what you need to survive in that specific environment, you don’t need to look for something else in other places, otherwise you’re consuming something that won’t have the proper benefit as it would have in its area. ⁣

Along the day (and every single day/365) we are exposed to several sounds 🔉 surrounding us. ⁣
☝️ But when sound becomes Noise, it Negatively Affects our Mental and Physical Health.⁣

The sound of the public transportation (trains, underground, planes, cars, ships...), electronic devices, machinery (dish washer, fridge...), sounds coming from human activities (construction, ambulances, neighbours, barcode scanner at the supermarket, people talking loud at the restaurant...), ...⁣

Since I have been interested in healthy eating 🍽️ (20 years ago approx.), I have been experimenting on my own skin various ways of feeding myself, always looking for perfection.⁣
⁣
🔸 Perfection seen as healthy and correct eating according to certain standards or the trends of the moment. ⁣
⁣
🔸 Perfection in controlling the calories in and out, abolishing everything that did not fall into the category of "healthy" according to the ideal of a healthy person.⁣
⁣
Fortunately, a few years ago I realized that, as in all things in life, perfection does not exist ... and thank goodness 😅!⁣
⁣
👉 There is no perfect diet, there are no perfectly healthy foods, because even those you think are healthy for others are not.⁣
I have seen people who cannot eat fruit and vegetables because they can risk dying.⁣
⁣
Would you ever believe it?⁣
⁣
Until they told me firsthand, I would never believe that foods like those ones could be poison to some people.⁣
⁣
And when you find those who criticize you if you eat normal potatoes 🥔 because in their perspective (and in accordance with the current trend) only the sweet ones are the ones that are good for you? ⁣
⁣
Then you strive 😥 to be the perfect healthy person to feel socially accepted and with a clear conscience.⁣
⁣
👉 But how do you feel inside? ⁣
👉 Do you feel that you are aligned with your nature? ⁣
👉 Or are you just trying to be accepted and integrated into the "group"?⁣
⁣
In my practice as a coach I have seen clients who seek perfection in order to be accepted.⁣
⁣
💫 Free yourself from this burden ... because over time, you will end up exploding and going the other way.⁣
⁣
Always follow the direction of your nature 🌿, in any situation!⁣
⁣
🤔 What if they don't accept you?⁣
⁣
☝️ You stay true to yourself, because you are the person who best knows what is good for you and what your body needs!⁣

Sure, you will find someone who accepts you as you are! 😉⁣
⁣
✨ If you don't accept yourself first and don't allow yourself to be authentic and free, no one will do it for you! 🙂⁣

In order to create a Healthy Sleep Hygiene 🛏️, you have to consider two factors:⁣
1. External environment ⁣
2. Internal environment ⁣
⁣
Only once the external environment is sleep supporting 💤, you can act on the internal environment.⁣

🤔 What does the external environment refer to?⁣
• Establish a bedtime routine and a consistent sleep-wake schedule⁣
